THE WORKFLOW COMES FIRST

Agree the answers. Test the setup. Approve go-live.

1. Share your shop details. Provide services, hours, service area, common questions and what needs a person’s judgment.
2. Approve the knowledge. Review answers, boundaries and the information the AI should collect. Your team confirms prices, availability and work decisions.
3. Configure the agreed flow. We propose handling the technical setup around your approved information and confirmed scope.
4. Test together. Review normal inquiries, missing information and exceptions. Messaging tests and consent checks are required for SMS plans before activation.
5. Sign off on go-live. The proposed process ends with your approval and a confirmed live date. Founder billing timing must be agreed before purchase.

Managed care, with you in the loop.

The proposed service reduces technical setup and configuration work for your team. You still approve shop answers, provide changes and handle customer requests or exceptions that need your judgment. Update handling and support arrangements will be confirmed in the plan scope.

Your founder rate.

The founder rate is grandfathered while you remain continuously subscribed. If you cancel and later return, the regular rate then in effect applies. Final cancellation and return terms will be presented before purchase. No configuration-retention or free-reactivation commitment is made here.

SMS scope still to confirm

The included SMS allowance, message counting, any extra charges, approved use cases and support are undecided. This is not an unlimited plan. Consent capture, STOP/HELP handling, sender approval and two-way delivery must be tested before activation.

No voice-minute allowance is included in this SMS-only proposal.

Before a payment or go-live.

Confirm service scope, allowances, extra charges, support, eligibility and billing details. Review and explicitly accept your founder terms before first payment. Founder participation includes an honest-feedback questionnaire and one results review; no positive result is required. Publicity permission is separate and optional, and any material, figures, context, placement and founder-benefit disclosure need your final approval before use.

The target questionnaire window is two weeks to one month after actual service starts, with two weeks to respond; exact arrangements and reasonable extensions are agreed in the final terms.

SMS is not yet available. Sender/campaign approval, consent, STOP/HELP handling and two-way delivery must be verified before SMS activation. The voice demo does not demonstrate booking or live transfers. Your own setup needs separate testing and signoff.
